We're looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our team and drive innovation in backend and funding middleware development.

As a Backend Developer with us, you'll be at the forefront of designing and developing solutions to meet evolving business needs and user demands. From project requirement analysis to technical documentation, you'll play a crucial role in every stage of the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and development of backend and funding middleware for internet financial credit products, continuously meeting the changing business needs and user demands.
• In charge of project requirement analysis, preliminary design, detailed design, feature development, and technical documentation.
• Accountable for routine system maintenance, identifying problems within the system, and ongoing optimization and improvement.
• Responsible for the research and development related to the credit backend system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer-related majors, with 3 or more years of Java project development experience.
• Solid foundation in Java, familiar with J2EE architecture, proficient in basic frameworks like IO, multithreading, collections, and understands distributed systems, caching, messaging mechanisms.
• Good system analysis and architectural design abilities, familiar with software system analysis/design methodologies, and rich practical experience.
• Proficient in SpringCloud, Dubbo, MyBatis frameworks, knowledgeable in unit testing techniques and TDD, familiar with Linux, UML.
• Proficient in using and optimizing MySQL database performance.
• Good logical analysis capabilities, communication skills, and rapid learning ability, with a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, good teamwork spirit, and able to work under pressure.
• Prior experience with internet financial credit product projects is preferred.
• Having a sense of product awareness is a plus.
