Overview

As our client continues to grow, we're seeking a talented Integration Engineer to join their team and

play a pivotal role in scaling our operations.

Responsibilities

Integration Development:

● Collaborate with our tech founder to manually build custom integrations for key clients, focusing on connecting their shop systems.

● Work on add-to-cart code to ensure seamless integration with various E-commerce shops like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Shopware.

Client Collaboration:

● Engage directly with our largest clients to understand their unique integration requirements and provide tailored solutions.

● Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Documentation:

● Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical integration processes, ensuring a knowledge base for future team members and clients.

Plugin Development:

● Collaborate with our development team to design and implement plugins that automate integrations, aiming for widespread applicability for various customers.

Troubleshooting:

● Investigate and resolve integration issues promptly, working closely with clients and internal teams to address any technical challenges.

Continuous Learning:

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in e-commerce and integration tools.

Qualifications

● Solid understanding of coding and technology, with hands-on experience in implementing integrations and coding experience.

● Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Shopware is essential.

● Drive to understand the IT Infrastructure and tool dependencies within the ecosystem and their customers.

● Experience with other tools, especially ERPs, is a strong plus.

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

● Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

● Ability to work independently and take ownership of integration projects.

● Prior experience in a similar role within E-commerce or with SaaS products is preferred.

● German language skills are advantageous
