Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Midlevel Node.js Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions using Node.js. You will work closely with our development team to design, implement, and optimize server-side applications and APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Design and implement efficient and scalable data storage solutions.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Node.js development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with backend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
• Contributions to open-source projects.
