- Work closely with Managers to identify business requirements, process flows, and system functionalities that need Regrouping Permission based on Job Position
- Gathering required reports that the department needs to be developed.
- Planning new ways to enhance productivity and shorten processes.
- Planning new apps to help achieve business objectives.
- Make user and application configurations to match our business.
- Test the new Developments done by developers before publishing.
- Train the employees on using the system effectively and efficiently.
- Implement new apps to help achieve business objectives.
- Meet with employees and managers to discuss proposed edits and development that may enhance productivity.
- Evaluate employee system usage.
- Trace system errors daily.
- Tracking any technical issues.
- Follow-up with Odoo Developers to ensure that task timelines are met.
- Report new Developments done by developers to the Manager.
- Report System usage evaluation.
- Follow up and schedule meetings with developers.
- Develop ways and techniques that help the departments to work more smoothly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a computer science or Information system or similar.
- Odoo Certificate is a Plus.
- Experience in implementing Odoo ERP.
- Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices is essential.
