Connectalents is currently hiring " OSS Back Office Engineer" for a leading telecom solutions provider, who has established end-to-end advantages in Telecom network infrastructure, application software, devices, and professional services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain OSS data accuracy and integrity across various systems.
• Develop and implement automated processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OSS functionality.
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Network Operations, Service Delivery) and external vendors to resolve complex problems.
• Analyze reports and identify trends to optimize network performance and security.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for OSS processes.
• Manage user access permissions and maintain system security.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest OSS technologies and best practices.
• Prepare and present reports on OSS performance and issues.

Requirements:

• Should have 4 to 8 years Telecom experience. Managed Services / Operations experience is a must.
• Should have hands-on experience on Huawei OSS/EMS/NMS products for domains like Wireless, PS/CS Core, Transmission, WDM, Datacom/IP, VAS, etc (U2020, MAE, I2000, NCE, NetEco).
• System administration of servers & storages.
• Should be able to do need based Linux Scripting for automation.
• Network L2 & TCP/IP basics (interface types, static routes, VLAN & Subnets, etc).
• Private Cloud & virtualization basics. Should have some hands-on on private cloud environments.
• Should be familiar with NBI (Northbound Interface) Integrations.
• Hardware & Infrastructure management experience
