#Connectalents is currently hiring a PS Core Ericsson Back-Office Engineer for a leading telecom solutions provider.


Responsibilities:

  • Resolution of trouble tickets raised by NOC / Customer / LNOC Teams
  • Fault management on all NEs and follow up with support in case of escalated cases
  • Node Health Checks
  • Analysis of Network performance issues
  • Implement network changes as per the CR process                     
  • Support new Network node integrations and Acceptance
  • Ensure current license and software versions are suitable for the present network requirement
  • Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach in capacity
  • Liaise with 3rd Party Suppliers / Vendors for resolution of the Problems needing vendor support
  • Validating and maintaining the Known Error Database (KEDB) for Datacom Nodes
  • Identify root cause of Priority 1 and 2 incidents and recommend appropriate resolution action and other events that Customer identify as requiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Integration configuration (new links with other nodes, 3rd party, exp. Etc.), New APN/Static IP configure, Package creation as per commercial.
  • Complaint handling (Customer, CC, Roaming and internal escalations), Hardware utilization report analysis.
  • CN license application, update, capacity monitoring and forecast, Customer interface/communication, Weekly Database backup checking, Handle new requirements from Customer, KPI / Network Quality improvement / optimization.
  • Weekly Operation Plan, Major Operation review / solution /risk / script verification, Rectification/ precaution check and update iSite, Contingency plan, Topology update, Remote access and Contingency Defense & Drilling.
  • Disaster recovery planning & reporting, change operation execution, Spare parts management / update.
  • Support customer to do the network security audit / fix the vulnerabilities, Policy compliance / Adhoc requests.
  • Support Customer to review the solution from Operator /3rd party/Customer, Support roaming team to launch new operators, new feature deployment.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree in Communication.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • NOC/GNOC operations experience is a must
  • DPI concepts and troubleshooting (L3/L7 rule definition/Differentiated service charging/Header Enrichment)
  • Knowledge in all technologies PS Call flows, CSFB and SRVCC, VoLTE.
  • Experience in User Trace analysis, CDR analysis and KPI improvement
  • Knowledge in Routing concepts, NFV, Cloud vEPC (vUSN & vUGW)
  • Experience of MS Operations Must.
  • English fluency is a must
