Job Description: Senior Data Center Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Center Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will oversee the technical operations, ensure high availability, and implement best practices to maintain a secure, scalable, and efficient data center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

               1.           Data Center Management:

               •             Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal performance.

               •             Monitor, cash plan , performance schedule plan ,PR , MR

               2.           Implementation and Design:

               •             Design, plan, and implement data center infrastructure, , power, cooling, and network systems.

               •             Lead projects for capacity planning, system upgrades, and migrations.

               3.           Security and Compliance:

               •             Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard data center operations.

               •             Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO,

GDPR).

               4.           Team Leadership:

               •             Guide and engineers, senior team lead and technician providing training and technical support.

               •             Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

               5.           Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

               •             Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and service contracts for hardware and software.

               6.           Monitoring and Reporting:

               •             Establish and maintain monitoring tools for system performance, capacity, and usage.

               •             Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

               •             Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

               •             4+ years of experience in data center operations and management.

               •             Expertise in server hardware, storage systems, virtualization, and networking.

               •             Proficiency with monitoring tools and management software.

               •             Strong understanding of power and cooling systems for data centres.

               •             Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

               •             Certification in data center management (e.g., CDCP, CDCS, or equivalent).

               •             Experience with cloud technologies and hybrid environments.

               •             Knowledge of scripting and automation tools.

Work Environment:

               •             Ability to work on-call for emergency situations night action .

               •             May require physical effort for manage lift and install equipment
