Stride Information Technology is seeking a Senior Odoo Developer (2 Open Positions)

Location: Alexandria, Egypt

Salary: 25K - 40K + dynamic bonus. (According to the interview)

Day Off: Two days.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day.

This pivotal role focuses on developing and integrating advanced Odoo modules and tailoring solutions to meet our unique business requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of business operations and a proven track record of enhancing systems to increase efficiency and reliability.

About the Role:

As a Senior Odoo Developer at Stride Information Technology, you will significantly contribute to the customization and enhancement of our Odoo systems. This role involves the development of robust Odoo modules, projects, and interfaces, ensuring high standards of performance and security. You will have opportunities to work on various aspects of Odoo development, including system integration and module creation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customized Odoo modules while extending the framework and its existing components.
• Experience working with Odoo framework and ORM.
• Integrate Odoo with other business systems and utilize APIs to enhance system connectivity and functionality.
• Deliver solutions for different project lifecycles, specializing in creating modules for Odoo websites.
• Uphold and enforce high standards for application performance, security, and scalability.
• Manage system migrations and updates, adhering to the best DevOps practices.
• Analyze business requirements with the team to design and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, sharing expertise to foster team growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Python and OOP principles.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Proven experience as an Odoo developer, with at least 2 years experience.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
• Proficiency in using IDEs like Visual Studio or PyCharm and familiarity with source control systems such as GitHub.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Adaptability and a strong willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
