Job Title: Frontend Web Developer Role

Job Description:
We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our team. You'll work remotely and play a key role in building and maintaining the user interfaces of our web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
What you will do –
- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into reusable and responsive UI components using React with TypeScript, adhering to established design guidelines, and optimizing for performance resulting in functional and responsive web applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient front-end code – JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript.
- Implement effective state management solutions (Redux, MobX, Context API etc.).
- Work collaboratively with back-end developers for API integration with our CRM (Dynamics 365).
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to establishing and maintaining code quality standards using version control tools like git.
- Optimize code for performance and scalability.
You need to have these –
- Minimum 5 years of experience writing front-end code using JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Proven experience building web applications with React.js/Next.js (min 3 years).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience in using popular react UI libraries – Bootstrap, Material Design, Ant D etc.
- Experience with state management solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for building high-quality, user-friendly responsive web applications.
Wow Factors –
- Be able to design/modify Figma files and get the required CSS.
- Worked with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress etc.).
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Gulp etc.).
- Experience with accessibility best practices.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques.
