Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our team. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to the company's specifications. The ideal candidate should have excellent programming skills, a strong understanding of web technologies, and a passion for creating exceptional online experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing responsive websites and web applications.
• Collaborating with graphic designers and other stakeholders to ensure the visual design and user experience meet project requirements.
• Writing well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices.
• Troubleshooting and debugging website issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Conducting website performance tests and implementing optimizations to improve speed and scalability.
• Staying updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
• Contributing to project planning, estimation, and documentation efforts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
3. Proficiency in front-end web development languages and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
4. Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
5. Solid understanding of back-end development concepts and technologies such as PHP, Python, or Node.js.
6. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
7. Knowledge of web hosting environments, domain management, and server configurations.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
