Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled **Web Developer and Digital Marketing Specialist** to manage the company’s web presence and digital marketing efforts. This role involves both front-end and back-end web development, along with implementing and managing marketing strategies to increase our online visibility, lead generation, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for speed and performance.
- Implement best practices for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and interactive websites.
- Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile devices.
- Debug and troubleshoot website issues, and ensure security and data protection protocols.
- Integrate third-party tools and services, such as payment gateways, CRM systems, and analytics.
- Update and manage content via CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize marketing efforts.
- Create and manage content for digital channels, including blogs, email newsletters, and social media.
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to improve website visibility.
- Collaborate with other teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Web Developer and Digital Marketer (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp) and CRM software.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of PHP, Python, or other back-end programming languages.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Blueprint.
