The Global Performance Management Academy (GPMA), a leader in training and professional certification in Strategic Planning and Performance Management, is seeking a talented Web Administrator to join our growing team.


About Us

GPMA, headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with a regional MENA office in Cairo, offers a comprehensive suite of online training programs delivered through on-demand video libraries hosted on a WordPress-based Learning Management System (LMS).

The Role

In this remote position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of our website. Your responsibilities will include:

• Website Management: Maintaining the overall health and performance of the GPMA website. This includes tasks like user management, security updates, plugin configuration, and content management.

• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Ensuring the smooth operation and user experience of our WordPress-based LMS platform.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implementing and continually improving SEO strategies to enhance the website's visibility in search engine results.

• Technical Support: Providing basic technical support to website users and troubleshooting minor issues.

• Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development, SEO, and LMS administration.


Your Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Web Administrator or similar role.

• Strong understanding of website content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.

• Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
